1. Who you are contracting with

Pocket Type Rating SF50 (the "Service") is operated by One Dot Above LLC ("we", "us", the "Seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is a self-study type-training companion for the Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet: aircraft limitations, memory items, systems descriptions, standard operating procedures, maneuvers, audio briefings, and quiz-based learning with progress tracking.

Training disclaimer: the Service is a study aid only. It is not a substitute for the FAA-approved Airplane Flight Manual (AFM), the Pilot's Operating Handbook, or instruction from a qualified training provider. Always verify all content against the current AFM/PIM for the specific aircraft you fly.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials (including your two-factor authentication device and recovery codes), and are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• Using it for any unlawful purpose
• Fraud, spam, or deceptive activity
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Interfering with security or operation of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, or circumvention of technical limits)
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its content, software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service within your subscription. Content you submit (for example edited documents) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Access is $295 for the first year, then $49 per year, billed automatically until cancelled. Your first annual renewal is billed 12 months after purchase.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Each new subscription includes a $295 training voucher redeemable toward training at Aero City Jets. Vouchers are emailed after payment is confirmed, are single-use, and are subject to Aero City Jets' scheduling and training terms. Vouchers have no cash value.

7. Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms. On termination, your access ends; we may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Notice.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
