We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
• Email us at info@trainsf50.com and we'll help you with the request.

Training voucher on refund

If a purchase is refunded, the associated $295 Aero City Jets training voucher is voided. If the voucher has already been submitted or redeemed, we may decline the refund or deduct the redeemed value, consistent with Paddle's refund handling.

Cancellation

You can cancel your $49/year renewal at any time before the next billing date through your Paddle order management page (linked in your purchase email) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
